How long will my order take to make?
Due to it being the height of Wedding Season, All Personalised orders take 3-6 weeks. This is also mentioned on our hompage.
If your order is needed sooner please contact us prior to ordering, to see whether we can accommodate your request. Urgent orders may incur a rush charge.Please ensure you order with enough time. No orders will be prioritised without prior contact and agreement . Refunds will not be given for orders
where the timescale has been overlooked.
All orders are accounted for from date of paid order, not from date we first spoke.

Do you offer Returns & Refunds?
All of the items at Love Leah designs are bespoke and made to order and can not be returned for a refund. In the unlikely event of you receiving an item that has been badly damaged in transit we require evidence of this in photo form within 72 hours of receipt, you will then be provided with a replacement as soon as we can get one out to you.
How do i place an order?
Visit our shop, add all your lovely items to your basket and then checkout.
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express. Alternatively you can send me a message on Facebook with what you'd like to order and I'll send an invoice over for you.
How will my order be sent?
All Love Leah parcels will be sent using a Royal Mail Signed for service, We trust Royal Mail to deliver our items carefully so they reach you in the
pristine condition they leave us. All Parcels will have a tracking ID, therefore will require a signature.
Love Leah Designs cannot be held responsible for items not collected from your local post office, which results in them being resent back to sender.You will be charged for re-delivery of the parcel in this instance.
Once an item has been dispatched by us, Please allow up-to 10 working days for Royal Mail to deliver it to you.
We are not responsible for delays with Royal Mail.
Who makes my order & Where is it sent from?
98% of the time all orders are made only by me (Leah) with the help from my daughter Maya on occasions!!! During busy periods you may get a little extra love from my wonderful Hubby Luke. This will obviously make your items EXTRA Special.
We are based in the very bottom of the country in Portsmouth.
We also send all over the world!
Models & who are they?
Throughout our website you will have seen some of our beautiful models (mostly modelling our clothing ranges) Our number 1 children's model is our very own Maya. Maya is currently 4 years old and loves the camera. As you can agree the camera also loves her!
We have recently launched our clothing range in both adults and children's and our brand reps will be making special appearances throughout the website shortly. keep an eye out for them and please stop by to say Hello!

Can i prioritise my order to have it made faster?
Yes, you can. However you do need to contact us before placing your order so we can accommodate this request.
There is a priority fee for these orders as this will be made and posted over others and could use stock for those orders.
NO PRIORITY will be taken once you have placed your order if you haven't had it agreed before hand!

Can I collect if I'm local?
Collections are available at our discretion, Please select Collection from the options available at checkout. This is from our Home Office ONLY and during our specific weekday timetable. NO weekend or evening collections.
Collections tend to be Monday and Tuesday's.
